Kirk Wolden
Founding Partner
Kirk Wolden brings over 33 years of litigation and trial experience to the firm. Mr. Wolden graduated from UC Santa Cruz in 1984 and later from Hastings College of Law in San Francisco, CA, in 1988.
After 18 years of predominantly practicing as a defense trial lawyer, focusing on personal injury, product defects, and complex consumer litigation, Kirk Wolden’s desire to exclusively represent seriously injured individuals led him to establish a practice dedicated solely to plaintiff representation. Starting in 2005, he served as a trial and lead attorney for the Class Action and Mass Torts Department at a Sacramento plaintiffs’ firm. In March 2013, Kirk, along with Clifford Carter and Lance Curtis, founded Carter Wolden Curtis, LLP. Currently, Mr. Wolden represents plaintiffs in class actions, as well as in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases.
Kirk is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), Consumer Attorneys of California, and has received numerous awards and honors for his decades-long career litigating and trying cases.
