Jason grew up in Sonoma County and completed his early education at Santa Rosa Junior College where he graduated with honors earning both Associate of Arts and Associate of Science degrees. He furthered his academic pursuits at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he graduated with high honors and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Following a stint in technology sales in Silicon Valley, Jason decided to pursue a legal career and enrolled at the University of Montana School of Law where he earned a Juris Doctorate degree.

During the first thirteen years of his legal career, Jason served as an administrative prosecutor for the Department of Real Estate (DRE) where he prosecuted real estate brokers and salespersons involved in complex audit and fraud transaction cases. Jason conducted numerous solo bench trials in administrative court, achieving a commendable record of successful outcomes. In August 2023, Jason transitioned to Carter Wolden Curtis, LLP, where he now dedicates 100% of his focus to plaintiff’s personal injury litigation.

Beyond his legal pursuits, Jason enjoys spending quality time with his family, coaching his children’s basketball teams, fly-fishing, and training in jiu-jitsu.
