Case Manager
Brandy Duncan is a dedicated legal case manager and paralegal with extensive experience in probate, estate, workers’ compensation, veteran claims, and insurance defense law. With a strong background in case management, legal research, and document drafting, she excels in organizing complex legal matters and streamlining case workflows to enhance efficiency and client service.
Brandy began her legal career after years of advocacy work in animal law and policy, where she contributed to the development of local and state legislation supporting responsible pet ownership and overpopulation control. Her passion for law led her to earn a degree in Paralegal Studies with honors, and she is now pursuing her Juris Doctorate at Lincoln Law School of Sacramento, where she serves on the board of the Delta Theta Phi law fraternity.
Her professional experience includes managing probate cases from consultation to final accounting, implementing streamlined workflows for probate, guardianship, and conservatorship cases, and successfully uncovering key evidence to revive a veteran’s disability claim. She has also trained legal teams in case management software and handled high-stakes litigation support in workers’ compensation and criminal defense.
Outside of work, Brandy enjoys spending time with her family and advocating for the ethical and humane treatment of captive exotic pets.
