Jason D. Lazark

Jason Lazark, Esq. has joined our firm as an associate attorney and will be focused on all aspects of our personal injury litigation matters.  Jason comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience in various areas of litigation, and we are excited to have him on our team fighting for our injured clients.

Jason was born and raised in Sebastopol, California, graduating from Analy High School in 1995.  He attended Santa Rosa Junior College where he earned both Associate of Arts and Associate of Science degrees, graduating with honors in 1998.  Jason then transferred to the University of California Santa Barbara where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and graduated with high honors in 2000.  After chasing the dotcom boom in Silicon Valley for a few years, Jason went back to school to pursue his desire to become an attorney.  He attended the University of Montana School of Law and received a Juris Doctorate degree in 2006.

Jason’s passion for litigation began in law school where he served as the school president of the American Trial Lawyers Association.  During the summer breaks, he returned home to California to intern at the Lake County District Attorney’s Office, and then at the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office.

For the first thirteen years of his legal career, Jason served the public in the capacity of an administrative prosecutor for the Department of Real Estate (“DRE”) where he prosecuted real estate brokers and salespersons in the most difficult and complex DRE audit and fraud transaction cases.  Before transitioning to private practice, Jason conducted hundreds of solo bench trials in administrative court and enjoyed a lengthy record of successful outcomes.  In August 2023, Jason joined Carter Wolden Curtis, LLP where he focuses 100% on plaintiff’s personal injury litigation.

In his spare time, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his children’s basketball teams, fly-fishing, and training jiu jitsu.
