Kirk Wolden is a founding partner of Carter Wolden Curtis, LLP and is now retired from active practice. Over a 33-year career, he handled complex litigation on both the defense and plaintiff sides after earning his degree from UC Santa Cruz (1984) and his law degree from Hastings College of Law (1988).
 
Following 18 years as a defense trial lawyer, he transitioned to representing injured individuals, later serving as a trial and lead attorney in a Sacramento plaintiffs’ firm’s Class Action and Mass Torts Department. In 2013, he co-founded Carter Wolden Curtis, helping build the firm’s focus on serious personal injury, wrongful death, and complex plaintiff litigation.
 
Mr. Wolden is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and Consumer Attorneys of California. His decades of experience continue to influence the firm’s standards and approach to advocacy.
