Cliff Carter: In Memoriam

IN MEMORIAM

Cliff Carter

Mr. Carter graduated from the California Western School of Law in 1990 and practiced personal injury law for the following 28 years. His focus was on representing accident victims, uninsured motorist claims, products liability actions, mass torts, class actions and governmental liability matters..

Cliff was active in the legal community and was a past president of the Capitol City Trial Lawyers (CCTLA) and a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California.  Mr. Carter also dedicated much of his free time to Albie Aware, a breast cancer foundation and was very active in the rescue and saving of dogs, working with various animal shelters.

On March 1, 2013 along with Kirk Wolden and Lance Curtis, Cliff started Carter Wolden Curtis, LLP to continue the work that he enjoyed so much, representing individuals who have been injured through the negligence of others. Cliff was always a passionate advocate for his clients and was known for his engaging demeanor, building strong bonds with each and every client.

Cliff Carter passed away in June of 2020 and will be sorely missed by his CWC family, his colleagues in the legal community, and those he represented in his very successful litigation career.
